Who we are
Tshwaranang Sentle Care Centre (TSCC) is a registered non-profit organisation based in Bapong 2, North West Province, South Africa.
We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support services to vulnerable elderly and disabled individuals within our community. Our organisation was established to address the neglect, abuse, and challenges faced by elderly people by creating a caring, inclusive, respectful, and safe environment where they can live with dignity and comfort.
At TSCC, we believe every elderly person deserves love, care, protection, and a sense of belonging. Through our dedicated caregivers and support team, we provide holistic care that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being.
We work closely with local clinics, social workers, community members, and families to identify and support elderly individuals who require assistance and continuous care.
Our Story
Tshwaranang Sentle Care Centre was founded with the vision of restoring dignity and hope to vulnerable elderly people in our community.
Many elderly individuals face neglect, isolation, chronic illnesses, and limited access to proper care. Seeing these challenges inspired us to establish a centre that provides continuous support, compassion, and a safe environment for those in need.
Today, we provide 24-hour care services to residents requiring assistance with daily living activities, medication management, nutrition, mobility, and emotional support.
Despite operating from a rented space with limited facilities, our commitment to serving the elderly remains strong as we continue working toward building a fully equipped care facility for our community.

Our Services
24 Hour Care & Support
We provide continuous care and supervision to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.
Medication Management
We assist residents with medication adherence and ensure they attend important clinic and healthcare appointments.
Daily Living Assistance
Our caregivers support residents with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities.
Nutrition & Meals
We provide three nutritious meals daily to support the health and wellness of our residents.
Laundry & Housekeeping
We maintain clean and comfortable living spaces through housekeeping and laundry services.
Community Support
We work closely with clinics, social workers, and families to identify and assist vulnerable elderly individuals in need of care.
Our Team
TSCC currently has a dedicated team of 9 staff members, including 3 directors.
Our team is passionate about providing exceptional care, dignity, and emotional support to every resident under our care.
